4. Overcome objections and reservations to persuade customers to open Live Trading Account.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets is a must.
6. Keep accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product value.
9. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
10. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
1. Fluent in spoken and written Arabic; proficiency in English or French is a plus.
2. Proven experience in TeleSales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2C environment.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
