1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Brisk Markets evaluation program (“Program”).

By purchasing or participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Nature of the Service

The Program is a simulated trading evaluation service designed to assess trading performance.

Participation in the Program:

  • Does not constitute investment services
  • Does not involve management of real funds during evaluation
  • Is intended solely for assessment purposes

3. Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have full legal capacity
  • You are not restricted by any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Brisk Markets reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

4. Account Ownership & Usage

  • Each account is issued to a single individual only
  • Accounts are non-transferable
  • Account sharing, resale, or third-party access is strictly prohibited

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Evaluation & Qualification

  • The Program includes an evaluation process
  • Advancement is based on performance and compliance

Brisk Markets reserves full discretion to:

  • Approve or reject progression
  • Review trading behavior
  • Deny qualification if conditions are not met

6. Monitoring & Review

All accounts are subject to:

  • Automated monitoring
  • Manual review

Brisk Markets reserves the right to:

  • Investigate any activity
  • Adjust results
  • Disqualify participants

if behavior is deemed inconsistent with the Program’s objectives.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Use unfair or manipulative practices
  • Circumvent platform controls
  • Engage in any activity that compromises system integrity

Brisk Markets reserves the right to determine what constitutes abuse.

8. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are charged for access to the Program
  • Fees are not deposits or investments

All payments are:

  • Final
  • Non-refundable once the account is issued

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Brisk Markets decides not to issue the account

No refunds will be issued:

  • After account issuance
  • Regardless of usage or inactivity

10. Payouts & Rewards

Any rewards, payouts, or profit-sharing:

  • Are conditional upon successful evaluation
  • Are subject to internal review and approval

Brisk Markets reserves the right to:

  • Adjust, delay, or deny payouts
  • Withhold rewards in case of violations

11. Verification (KYC)

Participants may be required to complete identity verification.

Failure to complete verification may result in:

  • Suspension
  • Disqualification
  • Denial of access or rewards

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Brisk Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Suspicious or abusive behavior
  • Violation of platform policies

All decisions are final.

13. Limitation of Liability

Brisk Markets is not liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Trading outcomes
  • Platform interruptions
  • Market conditions

All participation is at your own risk.

14. Platform & Execution Disclaimer

Brisk Markets does not guarantee:

  • Execution speed
  • Price accuracy during volatility
  • Absence of slippage

Users accept all risks related to market conditions.

15. Modifications

Brisk Markets reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify these Terms at any time

Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of updates.

16. Relationship to Trading Rules

Trading rules, including but not limited to:

  • Risk limits
  • Trading conditions
  • Strategy restrictions

are defined separately and may be modified at any time.

Such rules form part of the operational framework but do not replace this Agreement.

17. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, and materials are the property of Brisk Markets.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

18. Governing Rights

Brisk Markets reserves full authority over:

  • Interpretation of these Terms
  • Enforcement of policies
  • Final decisions in disputes

19. Final Agreement

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the nature of the service
  • You accept all associated risks
  • You agree to comply with this Agreement
