EURUSD Price Trading: Market Structure
The EURUSD Price Trading shows the pair trading around 1.1640, extending a short-term pullback after the recent bullish advance stalled around the 1.1690 – 1.1710 region.
The broader picture remains constructive. On the Daily chart, EURUSD has recovered strongly from the late-July lows near 1.1370 – 1.1400, with price still holding above the medium-term moving averages. The H4 chart also preserves much of the preceding bullish advance, but momentum has weakened after repeated failures to extend beyond 1.1690 – 1.1710.
Shorter timeframes are more bearish. H1 shows a sequence of lower highs and lower lows, with price trading below the moving averages, while M15 confirms renewed selling pressure into the 1.1640 area. This creates a mixed setup: the higher-timeframe recovery remains intact, but sellers currently control short-term momentum.
Key Resistance Zone
Immediate resistance is located around 1.1655 – 1.1670, supported by:
- H1 moving-average resistance
- Recent intraday breakdown area
- Multiple short-term reaction highs
A confirmed recovery above this zone could open the way toward:
- 1.1690 – 1.1710
- 1.1730 – 1.1750
The 1.1690 – 1.1710 region remains the more important resistance area, as it contains the recent H4 swing highs and the point from which the current correction developed.
Key Support Zone
Immediate support is concentrated around 1.1630 – 1.1640, which price is currently testing.
A confirmed breakdown below this area could expose:
- 1.1610 – 1.1600
- 1.1575 – 1.1585
The 1.1575 – 1.1585 region is particularly important because it aligns with the broader H4 breakout area and rising higher-timeframe moving averages.
A sustained break below 1.1575 would weaken the broader bullish recovery and increase the risk of a deeper correction.
EURUSD Price Trading : Expectations
Bullish Scenario
If EURUSD successfully defends the 1.1630 – 1.1640 support area and reclaims 1.1655 – 1.1670, buyers could begin rebuilding short-term momentum.
A confirmed recovery could target:
- 1.1690 – 1.1710
- Extension toward 1.1730 – 1.1750
A break above 1.1710 would provide stronger confirmation that the broader bullish trend is resuming.
Bearish Scenario (Short-Term Primary)
Continued pressure below 1.1655 – 1.1670 would keep sellers in control of the immediate price action.
A confirmed break below 1.1630 could trigger:
- A decline toward 1.1610 – 1.1600
- Extension toward 1.1575 – 1.1585
A sustained move below 1.1575 would represent a more significant deterioration in the H4 bullish setup and could expose lower support levels.
Outlook
EURUSD remains within a broader recovery on the higher timeframes, but the latest price action shows a clear loss of short-term bullish momentum. H1 and M15 are currently tilted bearish as the pair tests the important 1.1630 – 1.1640 support area.
For EURUSD Trading, this support zone is likely to determine whether the current move remains a corrective pullback or develops into a deeper decline.
A recovery above 1.1670 would improve the bullish outlook and bring 1.1690 – 1.1710 back into focus. Conversely, a confirmed break below 1.1630 could extend selling pressure toward 1.1600 and potentially 1.1575 – 1.1585.
