EURUSD Trading Signals: Key Support Under Pressure at 1.1560

EURUSD Trading Signals: Key Support Under Pressure at 1.1560

EURUSD | Technical Outlook

EURUSD Trading Signals: Market Structure

The EURUSD Trading Signals remain bearish as the pair trades around 1.1576, extending its decline after the recent recovery failed near the 1.1680 – 1.1700 region. Selling pressure has pushed price back toward an important higher-timeframe support area around 1.1570 – 1.1580.

The H4 and H1 charts show a clear sequence of lower highs and lower lows, with price trading below the main moving averages. On M15, EURUSD is attempting to stabilize near 1.1575, but the rebound remains weak. The daily chart also shows fading bullish momentum following the August recovery, placing the pair at an important decision zone.

Key Resistance Zone

Immediate resistance is located at 1.1590 – 1.1610, supported by:

  • Short-term moving-average resistance
  • Recent intraday breakdown area
  • Previous H1 consolidation

A breakout above this zone could lead to:

  • 1.1625 – 1.1640
  • 1.1660 – 1.1680 (major resistance area)

As long as price remains below 1.1610, recovery attempts may remain vulnerable to renewed selling pressure.

Key Support Zone

Immediate support is seen at 1.1570 – 1.1560, where price is currently testing an important H4 pivot area.

A breakdown below this zone would expose:

  • 1.1530 – 1.1540
  • 1.1500 – 1.1510 (next major support zone)

A sustained move below 1.1560 would strengthen the bearish setup and increase the probability of a deeper correction.

EURUSD Trading Signals: Expectations

Bearish Scenario (Primary)

If EURUSD remains below 1.1590 – 1.1610, sellers may retain control of the short-term direction.

A confirmed break below 1.1560 could trigger:

  • A decline toward 1.1530
  • Extension toward 1.1500

The bearish scenario remains supported by lower highs, lower lows and downward-sloping moving averages on the H1 and H4 charts.

Bullish Scenario (Alternative)

If buyers successfully defend the 1.1560 – 1.1570 support zone, EURUSD could attempt a corrective recovery.

A sustained breakout above 1.1610 could open the way toward:

  • 1.1625 – 1.1640
  • A stronger recovery toward 1.1660 – 1.1680

A move above 1.1680 would weaken the current bearish setup and suggest that buyers are regaining broader control.

Outlook

EURUSD remains under short-term bearish pressure, with the H1 and H4 charts favoring sellers while price tests the important 1.1560 – 1.1570 support region. The daily timeframe adds significance to this area, making it an important pivot for the next directional move.

A confirmed break below 1.1560 would favor further losses toward 1.1530 and potentially 1.1500. Conversely, holding current support and reclaiming 1.1610 could trigger a corrective rebound, while a move above 1.1680 would be needed to produce a more meaningful bullish shift.
