MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate and managing appointments in zoom.
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
  • Manage the front desk, phone calls, and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Set up board room, lunches and prepare tea/coffee for the Directors daily and for guests and visitors of the company
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Be responsible for office tidiness and stationary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects, and activities as and when required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • 2 years previous experience in similar position
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Brisk Markets is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Arabic TeleSales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team in Kuwait .In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, and persuading them to open and activate their accounts with a First Deposit. The ideal candidate has to be fluent in Arabic (proficiency in English or French is a plus), possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Arabic to introduce our products and services.
  2. Build and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
  3. Explain product features and benefits to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
  4. Overcome objections and reservations to persuade customers to open Live Trading Account.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets is a must.
  6. Keep accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product value.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
  10. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in spoken and written Arabic; proficiency in English or French is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in TeleSales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
