Brisk Markets 50% Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• This bonus is available to new and existing traders who meet the minimum deposit requirements and are eligible for the promotion based on Brisk Markets' criteria. The minimum deposit for this bonus is $50.
• Only one bonus per trader is allowed.
• The bonus is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless specified.
• To request the bonus, clients must send an email to [email protected].

2. Bonus Amount:

• The bonus is 50% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum bonus of $500. For example, if a trader deposits $1,000, they will receive a $500 bonus. If they deposit $2,000, they will still receive a $500 bonus.
• The bonus will be credited to the trader’s account immediately after the deposit is confirmed.

3. Bonus Usage:

• The bonus is non-withdrawable and can only be used for trading purposes. It serves as additional trading capital but cannot be cashed out directly.
• Any profits generated from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4. Account Type:

• This bonus is not available for all account types. However, the client must acknowledge that a dedicated account type for the bonus is required.
• Existing Clients: If an existing client wants to claim the bonus, they must either:
• Close all open trades and switch their account to the bonus account type, or
• Request an additional account to deposit into, which will allow the trader to receive the 50% bonus.

5. Leverage:

• For traders who accept the bonus, the maximum leverage allowed on their trades is 1:200.
• Traders should ensure that they are aware of this leverage limit and manage their positions accordingly.6.

6. Stop-out Level:

• The stop-out level for accounts with this bonus is set at 60% of the account balance. This means that if the trader's equity falls to 60% of their initial deposit (including the bonus), their open positions may be automatically closed to prevent further losses.

7. Bonus Expiry:

• The bonus is valid for 60 days from the time it is credited to the account. If the trader does not meet the necessary conditions within this period, the bonus will be removed from their account, and any profits related to the bonus will also be forfeited.

8. Risk of Loss:

• The bonus is subject to normal market risks. If a trader incurs losses that reduce their account balance below the required equity to maintain the bonus, the bonus may be forfeited. The trader understands and accepts the risk of losing the bonus if their trades do not perform well.

9. Withdrawal Conditions:

• While the bonus itself is not withdrawable, profits made using the bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• Traders can withdraw their original deposit at any time; however, the bonus will be removed from the account if the deposit is withdrawn.

10. Abuse and Fraud Prevention:

• Bonus Abuse: Any trader found attempting to abuse the bonus system (such as through the creation of multiple accounts, artificial manipulation of trades, or any other fraudulent activity) will have their account immediately cancelled.
• Penalty for Abuse: If an account is found to be involved in bonus abuse, Brisk Markets reserves the right to send the trader back their initial deposit minus a 10% administrative and deposit fee. This fee covers the costs of processing the account cancellation and the deposit.
• Brisk Markets reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity, and all such decisions will be final.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel the Bonus:

• Brisk Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this bonus at any time, with or without prior notice.
• If the bonus is modified or canceled, any profits made from the bonus will also be canceled and forfeited.
• Any changes to the bonus terms will be communicated, and traders will be bound by the updated terms if they accept the bonus after the modification.

12. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements:

• This bonus is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which Brisk Markets operates. Any changes required by regulatory authorities will be implemented immediately, and traders must comply with the applicable regulations.

Important Notes for Existing Clients:

• Existing clients who wish to claim the bonus must either close all their open trades and switch their account to the bonus account type or request a separate account where they can deposit and receive the 50% bonus.
